Group Therapy
We live and work in social environments, moving in and out of groups throughout our lifetimes. Receiving support and feedback in a group setting is an effective way to deal with a wide variety of interpersonal issues to resolve difficulties and to gain new perspectives. Group therapy is offered alone and as a complement to individual therapy.

Coming Out Group 100 N. Washington St., Suite 238, Falls Church, Virginia Every Tuesday at 6:30pm - 8pm
Individuals usually seek to further explore their sexual identity within the safe confines of a therapeutic setting and with other people dealing with the same questions. Whether you are still trying to understand your own sexual identity, or you have already determined your identity and are now trying to determine the "what next" steps, this group will help. This group is often used in conjunction with individual therapy sessions. Prices differ for clients engaging in both individual and group than for clients who choose group only. Men's group also available.

Infertility Group 100 North Washington St., Suite 238, Falls Church, Virginia Every Thursday at 7pm - 8:30pm
Couples facing infertility issues deal with the grief of losing the dream of a biological family. Additional avenues are available to help infertile couples, but the steps necessary can be lengthy, expensive and emotionally draining. Whether you want to work with an infertility specialist or consider adoption, the process involved creates tremendous stress. This group is for individuals as well as couples to work through all issues related to infertility and adoption. This group is often used in conjunction with individual therapy sessions. Prices differ for clients engaging in both individual and group than for clients who choose group only.

Women's Group 100 N. Washington St., Suite 238, Falls Church, Virginia Every Monday at 6:30pm - 8pm
Women face unique challenges. By addressing issues such as trust, depression and anxiety, this group provides both therapeutic benefit and interpersonal support. Topics include any issues related specifically to women, including sexual traumas, relationships, workplace discrimination and harassment, menapause and infertility, domestic violence, emotional abuse, single parent and general parenting, life balance, career transformation, financial independence and any other topics brought up for discussion. This group is often used in conjunction with individiaul therapy sessions. Prices differ for clients engaging in both individual and group than for clients who choose group only.
