My goal is to promote your authentic expression of self and facilitate emotional healing. I will assist you in developing skills and strategies to elicit and facilitate change and enhance your personal growth.
I have expertise in providing counseling to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and with a wide variety of concerns, such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma Recovery, Relationship Functioning, Family Dynamics, Sexual and Gender Identity, Life Transitions, Men's Issues, and Medical Challenges.
I specialize in transgender mental health with a focus on gender non-conforming youths with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
I'm a member of WPATH.org and volunteer at TheTrevorProject.org.
